Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to

explain and demonstrate the network of a broad spectrum of sicientific disciplines in biochemistry and molecular biology including:

- the dynamic of the genome (replication, recombination, transcription),

- the processing of RNA

- the  transcription and its regulation in the bacteriophage lambda, in Pro- and Eucryotes

mutation and repair

transcription and its regulation; maturation of RNA

Teaching methods

Lecture with Power point presentation

The lecture will be held in attendance according to the current requirements. You can now download the corresponding slides from TISS.

At the same time, a TUWEL course will take place in which you can download the slides with comments at different times. Should the Corona measures situation worsen again, the system will switch to full online operation in TUWEL.
