Aim of this lecture is an introduction into fundamental methods in Chemical Engineering that will be deepend in futher lectures.

*) Creation of and working with flow sheets
*) Balancing of chemical engineeing processes
*) Introduction to unit operations in Chemical Engineering
*) Dimensionless numbers and working with typical diagramms
*) Modelling in Chemical Engineering
*) The scale-Up process (form laboratory scale to industrial plant)
Three tests are performed thorught the semester.
