Production of a recombinant enyzme via fermentation

Lab Work with a bioreactor, process control system configuration, sampling.

Before the start of the exercises, a briefing on the theoretical background and the practical aspects of the exercised will be held (Registration via TISS). Knowledge on relevant practical steps will be required and tested during the exercises. At the end of the exercise, a de-briefing with control of the protocols will be held.

The exercise will be held in October (1 week)
