Production of a recombinant enyzme via fermentation

Before the start of the exercises, a briefing on the theoretical background and the practical aspects of the exercised will be held (Registration via TISS). Knowledge on relevant practical steps will be required and tested during the exercises. At the end of the exercise, a de-briefing with control of the protocols will be held.

We strongly recommend to obtain a positive exam about "Introduction to Biotechnology and Bioengineering"  before this lab.
