After successful completion of the course, students are able to know and understand examples from the area of actual process treatment and/or recycling of waste and other materials. Process solutions from industry are visited.
Excursion to waste treatment plants in Vienna: "From the waste bin to the landfill". Units: - Waste sorting plant - Waste incineration - Slag sorting plant - Landfill etc.
Visits of actual plants.
Visit of the plants, knowledge about the plants. Minimum of two plant visits are required.
The student has to be enrolled for at least one of the studies listed below
