Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to set up and execute a fedbatch fermentation system as well as interpret real time data in Terms of physiological state and mirror the results in a digital twin.

Batch fermentation;

Shake Flask media development with Design of Experiments; fed-batch fermentation; process control (data acquisition and interpretation); computer simulations
