After successful completion of the course, students are able to apply basics of Fluidization Technology, two phase theory, fluidizing regimes,  fluidized bed systems, Catalytic Cracking of VGO and bio oils, Chemical Looping Combustion and basics of Refinery Technology,

Subject of course

Basics of Fluidization Technology;two phase theory, fluidizing regimes, presentation of applied fluidized bed systems: Catalytic Cracking of VGO, bio oils, animal fats and used frying oil, Biomass Gasification, Adsorption/Desorption, Chemical Looping Combustion, basic knowledge in Refinery Technology and substitution of crude oil by oils from biological sources.
