Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to explicate influences of chemistry on the society, to analyse the acceptance of new technology, to identify cycles of materials and their impacts as well as to categorise consumption processes.

Ethics and Responsibility, Influence of Chemistry on Society, Pollutants and Toxicology, Chemistry and Agriculture, Acceptance of new Technologies, Sustainable Development Goals and Planetary Boundaries, Cycles of Materials and Impacts  (Nitrogen, Global Warming, Ozone), Aerosols, Indoor Air Pollution with a focus on combustion processes
