After successful completion of the course, students are able to carry out laboratory experiments within the scope of ongoing research projects in the fields of industrial microbiology and bioengineering.
Usually practical work in a laboratory will be performed. It is frequently possible to work within current research projects.
Planning, carrying out, and documentation of laboratory experiments under supervision of postdocs and experienced PhD students.
Written report and final discusssion with supervisors.
