After successful completion of the course, students are able to explain and recite physical-chemical methods, compare them and apply them in selected case-studies regarding solid-state materials and surface chemistry.
Presentation of selected state-of-the-art methods for materials characterization, in particular of solids and their surfaces, based on recent research. This includes both experimental as well as theoretical approaches.
