After successful completion of the course, students are able to perform stoichiometric and chemical equilibrium calculations (related to acid-base-, precipitation-, redox and complexation equilibra). Moreover, they can apply simple statistical descriptors and tests.

Supporting and more detailed calculation examples for the lecture courses "Fundamentals of Chemistry" and "Analytical Chemistry I" which should serve as preparation for the accompanying laboratory courses. Possibility for the discussion and repetition of the content of the releant courses.

Discussion and solution of calculation examples during the course units with active participation of the students.
