Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to understand the theoretical background of electrochemical systems in terms of thermodynamic and kinetic. They can apply the knowledge for electrochemical measurement and investigation methods.

Subject of course

Measurement of stationary and instationary electrode processes with current/potential measurements, puls-techniques, impedance spectroscopy, rotating ring/disc-electrodes, microelectrodes, polarography, etc.
