Examination modalities

A written examination in German on the lecture contents. The exam lasts 120 minutes and consists of 10 tasks. These tasks are composed as follows:
- 2 questions about high-resolution imaging techniques
- 5 questions mass spectrometry
- 3 Questions about nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy

A total of 60 points are awarded for the examination; more than 53 points correspond to a "Sehr Gut", more than 45 points to a "Gut", more than 38 points to a "Befriedigend", more than 30 points to a "Genügend" and less than 30 points to a “Nicht Genügend", which means that the examination must be repeated.

Since 25 January 2019, examinations for "ACIII new" with the course contents from WS2018/19 onwards have been held.
Examinations for the material semesters up to WS 2017/18 will only be held once per semester on the same dates since SS 2020; registration is under Analytical Chemistry III ALT. Important, as there are different questions.

The exams are held on Saturdays (see general announcement) from 11:30 to 13:30 in GM3 or on Fridays (Jan & Feb 2021) from 15:00 to 17:00 in GM5 (or an alternate lecture hall as announced).
