Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to plan the fabrication, treatment, and characterization of selected inorganic materials, and are able to adequately describe the underlying scientific principles in the context of materials science and chemistry.

General introduction into material sciences, metallurgy, metallography, ceramics and chemical technology, recycling

After discussion of the required inorganic-technological basics, a variety of processing and characterization methods are practically conducted.
