After successful completion of the course, students are able to students are able to write a scientific publication, submit it to a publisher and practice all the steps through to publication (e.g. Letter to the Editor; Rebuttal letter)
Background information about the various categories of publications (communication, full paper, review, book chapter) will be provided together with strategic decisions in the selection process for the most suitable journal ("ranking" of common journals, impact factors, immediacy factors, etc.) and interaction with journal editors in the course of peer reviewing and printing.

Independent authoring of the individual parts of a publication
The seminar will be held online via Zoom. The link will be provided via TUWEL.
Proof of achievement is provided by the delivery of the finished manuscript at the end of the course and by the constant cooperation in reviewing and correcting the manufactured manuscript parts.
