After successful completion of the course, students are able to
1. Atoms and the Priodic System of the Elements 2. Chemical Bonding 3. Sates of Aggregation 4. Chemical Reactions 5. Chemical Equilibrium 6. Elektrochemistry and Corrosion 7. Basic Organic Substances 8. Lubricants and Additives 9. Production of Energy, Fuels and Exhaust Fume Treatment
Lecture, primarily in terms of slides, supported by working with the blackboard.

Written examination about the contents of the lecture (90 min; eight list of questions with three to five single exercises).
Marking: max. 75 points; 75-66 points 'Sehr Gut"; 65.5-56.5 points “Gut”; 56-47 points “Befriedigend”; 46.5-37 points “Genügend” and less than 37 points “Nicht Genügend”. In the latter case the examination must be repeated.
Auxilliary material not allowed.
Deregistration after the official deregistration dead line is not possible.
Use Group Registration to register.
