  • characterize a sample with XRD
  • etermine the mass absorption coefficient
  • analyse radioactive material using   Gamma spektroskopie z
  • orientation of a single crystal

1. Energy dispersive and wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis 2. Adjustment of a rotating crystal spectrograph 3. Gamma-spectroscopy 4. Debye-Scherrer- and Laue methods 5. Thermoluminescence dosimetry 6. Photoelectric cross sections

Teaching methods

after an introduction students perform measurements by their own using the instruments available, interpret the results and document them.
