After successful completion of the course, students are able to obtain basic knowledge in neutron optics. Quantum physics is necessary for this lecture. I have the intention to discuss novel results of the qBouncing effect.
Application of distribution functions in the interferometry with matter waves, three-plate neutron interferometer, dynamical diffraction, four - plate interferometry, decoherence, correlation in a double - loop interferometer, spin - echo system, zero -field spin -echo, interaction of neutrons in a rotating magnetic field. In addition, the qBouncing effect of neutrons in Earth's gravitational potential is discussed.
The documents are presented using a beamer and a blackbord.
There are pdf-files which are provided for students.
