Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to write simple programs for computer-operated experiments, to exchange data via standardized interfaces, to capture, evaluate and graphically display data as well as to fit models to the received data sets.

Subject of course

Advanced programming (based on "Datenverarbeitung für Physiker I") Computer controlled experiments. Data-exchange via internet sockets and other standardized interfaces. Graphical representation of data. Data aqusition , data interpretation and representatition with personal computer. Modelling.

Teaching methods

Lecture is being hold right before the accompanied exercises. The lecturer explains the methods and demonstrates the approach of the problem and difficulties with the help of case studies.

Um einen Überblick zu erhalten, ersuche ich Studierende, die die LVA besuchen wollen sich (unverbindlich) am TISS anzumelden. Bitte für Vorlesung und Übung getrennt anmelden.
