1.      Basics of dielectric and optical spectroscopy, Kramers-Kronig relations,Dielectric spectroscopy

2.      Quasioptical spectroscopy, FTIR, Time-domain spectroscopy, Ellipsometry

3.      Spectroscopy of superconductors, Metamaterials, Magnetoelectric excitations
