After successful completion of the course, students are able to classify and summarise the newest results in solid state physics, to discuss different aspects of presentations on a scientific level as well as to apply the knowledge on their own continuative works such as reports and theses.
SE, forum of discussion about aim and results of diploma works and thesis works in the field of solid state physics
Each student holds a presentation which then is discussed in class.
