Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to reproduce the  contents as outlined in detail in the english version of "Lehrinhalte" in written as well as oral form. Moreover the students will be able to apply the basic concepts of Geometrie und Gravitation II  to simple examples.

Subject of course

Introduction to the 2-Spinor formalism:

Spinor-representation of world-tensors, Classification of spinors and principal spinors, massless free field-equations, Wey-spinor and curvature identities, exact sets of nonlinear fields
