Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to solve simple physical problems in the field of classical mechanics, use basic concepts such as force and energy and to autonomously build physical models.

Subject of course

Classic and relativistic mechanics, Conservation laws, gravitation and relativity, oscillations and waves (Book: Demtröder 1: Chapter 1 -5 and 11)

Teaching methods

Lecture with accompanying exercises during which physical problems related to the lecture are solved.
