Introduction to tasks and methods of engineering geodesy. A special focus is put on discussion, quantification and modelling of instrumental and external effects which limit the attainable accuracy of angle and distance measurement. The students shall acquire a basic understanding of methods for quality assessment of measurement data, network design and analysis results, and special tasks related to geodetic tasks in connection with construction works (lecture in German).
Methods of engineering geodesy, uncertainty and tolerance, statistical methods, tests and calibration of geodetic instruments, precise determination of horizontal angles, distances, distance changes and 3D-position, setting out, special instruments for tasks related to construction and engineering (lecture in German).
