After successful completion of the course, students are able to:

-         apply the techniques, learned during the courses in Web Mapping, Multimedia Cartography, CIS, Cartographic Interfaces, and Programming Cartographic Tasks;

-         determine a project topic to which digital mapping techniques can be reasonably applied;

-         formulate objectives of a project;

-         assess the software and technologies according to the own level and tasks and to the desired objectives;

-         design a prototype of a digital cartographic product (web map);

-         communicate the results of a project in a public pitch presentation.
