After successful completion of the course, students are able to solve simple tasks in Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing:
Photogrammetry: normal case, planar rectification, image acquisition and optics, flight planning and digital aerial cameras, collinearity equation, terrestrial and airborne laser scanning. Remote Sensing: physical basics, atmospheric effects, acquisition platforms, multispectral data acquisition, micro wave systems.
Examples are calcualted and explained.
The material presented during the accompanying lectures will be directly applied in the exercises. Attending these two lectures is therefore recommended. At the same time this calculation exercise assists the lectures and may also be considered as preparation for the examination of the lectures.
Three written tests during which examples need to be solved by the students alone.
