Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to...

* to deepen some theoretical aspects of the lectures (128.028 bzw. 128.029) by short calculation examples;
* to make simple sky observations,
* to determine some telescope parameters,
* to measure  angles at double stars or planets
* to give a short lecture on a narrow astronomic theme.

By excursions they get insights on Planetarium and Univ.Observatory.

Subject of course

1) Sky Observations: Constellations (naked eye, field glass), telescope observations 
2) Short astrometric measurements (double stars, planets etc.), simple photometry
3) Calculations (Astrometry, Celestial Mechanics, Astrophysics)
4) Excursion to an Observatory
5) Short lecture (~5 min, topic of choice)
