After successful completion of the course, students are able to...
* to deepen some theoretical aspects of the lectures (128.028 bzw. 128.029) by short calculation examples;* to make simple sky observations,* to determine some telescope parameters,* to measure angles at double stars or planets* to give a short lecture on a narrow astronomic theme.
By excursions they get insights on Planetarium and Univ.Observatory.
1) Sky Observations: Constellations, telescope observations 2) Short astrometric measurements (double stars, planets etc.), simple photometry3) Calculations (Astrometry, Celestial Mechanics, Astrophysics) 4) Excursion to an Observatory 5) Short lecture (~5 min, topic of choice)
