Aim of course

To become familiar with GNSS point positioning methods and products offered by GNSS services. To describe the potential of the upcoming European Satellite Navigation System GALILEO as well as the Chinese Beidou Systems in comparison with upgrade programs of GPS and GLONASS.

Subject of course

GNSS static point positioning in real time and post-processing, GNSS reference station networks for RTK positioning, exchange formats, GNSS services /service provider/ and products (e.g. IGS and EUREF/EPN. Upcomingf GALILEO and Beidou Systems
