Aim of course

Understanding of the mathematical description of fuzzy quantities, fuzzy sets, and the structure of fuzzy models.

Subject of course

In generalisation of classical sets so called "Fuzzy Sets" were introduced by Karl Menger in 1951. Based on this a theory of fuzzy quantities and related mathematical structures was developed. Such models are called fuzzy models. There are many applications of fuzzy models in different fields. The basic structure of fuzzy models and applications will be presented.
