Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to

  • set up and analyze financial contracts and cooperation,
  • explain and draw up corporate finance and loan agreements,
  • assemble and evaluate portfolio insurance strategies,
  • specify the tasks and structure of the supervisory authorities,
  • explain the organization and function of the stock exchange,
  • specify capital market products and explain their functions,
  • explain, implement and assemble asset allocation and portfolio management and
  • discuss the roles and effects of central banks and interest rates.
