Students learn to assess which mathematical methods and modells are suitable to analyse economic questions.
Model-based decision support, modelling process, descriptiive and prescriptive models, Operations Research case studies, introduction to queueing theory and other fundamental areas of Operations Research (like Graphs Theory, Game Theory, Supply Chain Management).
Written and oral exam at the end of the semester.
