Aim of course

Introduction to the fundamental principles of insurance contract law, in order to promote the basic understanding of the legal framework of contract law, the legal basis of insurance contract law, and the practical dimension of an insurance contract.

Subject of course

Legal framework, legal terms and definitions, contracting partners, conclusion of a contract, rights and duties of the contracting partners, termination of a contract, special provisions.

ACHTUNG! Wegen eines Todesfalls in der Familie Professor Straubes müssen die beiden geplanten Zusatztermine im September ebenfalls ausfallen. Die Prüfung bleibt am 30. September 2008, ab 11.00 Uhr; Prüfungsstoff ist das Skriptum; bitte zu den entsprechenden Terminen anmelden.
