Aim of course

Study of an advanced topic from actuarial mathematics, or of a recent influential paper.

Subject of course

The students will treat various topics of actuarial mathematics and present these as a talk (slides, blackboard, laptop, ...). Possible topics are either a recent influential paper, or a subject that has not been treated enough in the lectures of the master studies.
