Aim of course

The fundumental ideas and results of the legislation of the European Court on pensions rights by equal treatment of men and women. The differences between public schemes and private (company financed) schemes will be highlighted.

Subject of course

Fundamentals of the legislation of the Eurpean Court on equal treatment of men and women with respect to pension rights. Difference to Austrian and German legislation of the High Courts of these countries. Actuarial consequences concerning pension rights and financing.
