Aim of course

The students know basic methods to solve geometric problems and are able to apply these methods to derive, visualize and formally prove geometric facts or theorems.

Subject of course

Affine and Euclidean geometry; basics of linear algebra; basics of differential calculus of functions of one variable.

Dies ist eine prüfungsvorbereitende Übung (PUE), d.h., eine nicht-prüfungsimmanente Lehrveranstaltung, die den Charakter einer Übung hat. Insbesondere wird den Studierenden auch die Möglichkeit gegeben, ihr Verständnis und ihre Fähigkeiten durch informelles Feedback des Lehrpersonals selbst zu beurteilen. Es besteht keine Anwesenheitspflicht.
