After successful completion of the course, students are able to present (on an introductory level) the chosen topic (e.g., chapter(s) of a textbook or monograph); moreover they are prepared to independently acquire new knowledge in an analogous manner.
The topic is discussed with the advisor. Emphasis on Algebra/Logic
Discussion of the topic as well as of the written and oral presentation with one of the advisors.
First meeting: March 4, 2021.
Lecture plus Q+A, and a written bachelor thesis.
