After successful completion of the course, students are able to apply the theory of the lecture differential equations 1 in examples, to solve simple ordinary differential equations or analyze their asymptotic behaviour.
Exercises to the contents of the lecture Differential Equations 1
Presentation of examples
Mandatory attendance
Practice mode
The UE takes place 2 hours 10 - 12 times per semester. There is mandatory attendance. In each UE, 6 - 10 problems have to be processed, which are online in TISS under documents approximately one week before the UE. In the UE, the (crossed) examples are presented by the students at the board. Written notes should only be used in addition. The presentations are evaluated. A one-time absence (without apology) is tolerated and it is possible to bring the exercise examples with random checks. At the second absence a written confirmation must be brought.
The grading is based on the number of crossed examples, the presentation and, if available, positive participation. A total of at least 60% of the problems have to be crossed.
