Aim of course

The application of computers in applied mathematics is becoming more and more important. Using simple examples the students of Technical Mathematics will learn how to program.

Subject of course

Introduction into C and C++. Representation of integer and floating point numbers. Conditioning of given problems. Computational cost of algorithms. Programming exercises.
