The lecture aims at helping students, teachers, and professionals from the industry to understand and manage entrepreneurship in start-ups and SME's using intercative teaching, guest speakers, and cases.

This lecture is addressing major issues for high-tech start-ups and innovative companies covering the opportunity check prior to business plan writing, IP protection, entrepreneurship, teambuilding, managing change and growth, and access to capital.

If necessary, documents for exercises would be printed out in sufficient numbers and brought along.

Upon request, INiTS can issue a confirmation of participation. The lecture is not suitable for participants without knowledge of the German language!

For assessment students have to pass a multiple choice test with 10 - 20 questions. For each of these questions there are 3-4 possible answers, but one or more of them can be correct. The documents to prepare for the test will be made available for download in TISS after the respective module.
