After successful completion of the course, students are able to understand the basic Chinese grammar structure, and with the help of dicctionnaries, to read Chinese news and to translate simple  Chinese technic texts into German/English.

Working with architecture/technical/scientific texts with the help of dictionary and translation programs. At the same time the grammar and vocabulary will be further enhanced with the same style from the introduction course. The basic content of this course will be arranged around specific themes: Each semester there will be three to four different themes to work with, environmental problems, energy situation, railway projects,Transrapid-Project in Shanghai, Bridges, COVID 19 pandemic und traditional/modern Chinese architecture, e.g.
