Aim of course

Automatic assisted data flow for map use and map verification. Practical use an dusability of heandheld GPS for field mapping anf verification,

Subject of course

- introduction into satellite positioning (GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO...) - Functionality of different handheld GPS Devices - Hands on: Working with handeld GPS devices: routing, tracking, positioning - data transfer to different map software (map source, austrian map, fugawi) - evaluation of usability
